Stress vs Performance

Have you noticed that if you are having stress in your life your sexual performance lowers or you cum faster?

Another example is when the fore play takes too long and she still says that she is not ready. Your Willie is damn hard but after 20-40 minutes or so of foreplay, if too long willie gets softer (aka tired= if focused in penetration only).

But a couple of years ago, I learnt that sex is not about penetration only, and the lady and I love all the foreplay without any concern about penetration, and let it be and happen when ever it has to happen. As far we are both having a beautiful caring time, then there is nothing else to care about, there is no rule or order.

The good side, but once you start doing weekly running or sports that really pushes the body strength and cardio, then nothing can hold your stamina... Man, even after running and a good stretching I am always ready (after a good shower of course) :D

Junk food also messes the stamina. At least with me, I am great if I eat more veggies and nuts but not chips, or crisps or too much sweets. Man you feel always so great and the boner lasts for hours :D

Sometimes only one glass of wine heats things up a lot, no more than two glasses :D

Have a read on the verification forum I don't account verification to meet someone, since when I was verified there were loads of verified time wasters and "5 words type of silly messages" from them... We look beyond verification (of course they help, but a lovely person is a lovely person regardless of verification)

I don't really care if you're verified or not to be honest. Your profile belongs to you to use as you deem fit. I was merely calling you out on your inference that a fellow poster had a fake profile despite her profile having 3 veris and therefore more credence than your own - which has none. Have a nice day

True but who said there always must be sex?

Cuddling or kissing will be enough for me.

I grab every moment what has been given to me and enjoy it with a joy.

Life is too short to expect sex only. Take anything what is given to you and be happy. Sex is important too but we all have moments in our lives that we just want a cuddle to release the stress If there is anything extra?! Take it and enjoy!

I think we all should enjoy a cuddle or more. Can’t imagine getting straight into sex without some teasing and fun. But at the same time think most ladies would be shocked and disappointed if a meet got intimate without the normally considered expected activities including penetrative sex or am I just old fashioned and conservative there?

I wouldn’t count their verifications are real because they are hidden. Easy to have fake hidden verifications
