What do you eat before a play meet

Dublin

Before a play meet, do you limit yourself to certain foods?

Do you totally change your diet, a day or two before?

I don't necessarily mean avoiding garlic and onion dishes , even though it is advisable to do so.

I personally can't eat much before a meet, but it is a different story after a couple of hours of play.

Nothing really.... Less we're going for dinner....

But definitely get a nervous poop out of the way

(swinging for 15 years, organising parties for 10 years and still get the nervous shits when meeting someone new... Go figure)

By the way ladies, if this post made you keen to meet me, then feel free to PM!

Leaving your "poop" at home sounds like a good advice !

Or in case of a hotel room... Dump... Open a window... Light a candle... And pray

Apparently body fluids can taste nicer if you chose your pre meet foods wisely. For men anyway

All depends on when the meet is going to be. But generally I would avoid garlic, spicy food and, above all, asparagus.

I try to eat lots of fruit, nuts and generally lean foods.

Yeah I eat normally aswell, although once a guy drank a pint of orange juice before he called and I was very impressed it didn't taste like he was after having a full Irish fry very refreshing I must say but it doesnt bother me in the slightest once it's a good time

Nerves are always good..... It adds to the excitement

Saying that we've gone out for dinner as part of meets before the devilment starts, it adds to the build up....

Normal diet for me, but probably extra fluids; as far as those talking about pineapple and mangos, you do need to eat those 3 or 4 days in advance for if to have the desired effect. Some would have that in their regular diet anyways because it's just healthy.

Excitement/nerves tend to kill the hunger but I try to drink plenty of water. I generally bring sweets/chocolate in my bag just in case of an emergency!
