I love kink, I like to think of myself as a switch with probably a more natural dominant nature. I do switch sometimes not alot but it all depends on the scenarios. I only started exploring kink more and more when I join fab, i do love it with the right person/persons.

We wonder is there a subtle difference between kinky swingers who are a bit swinky and the fetish crowd who seem to be mad into jargon and spend a fortune on gear and outfits. We can be fairly kinky but see no need for leather, latex, toxic pvc, etc, and you can do loads with a bit of old bailer twine!

Suppose they think it looks good written on a profile or a picture in a pair of handcuffs. A lot of people saw Fifty Shades and thought yeah I’d like a bit of that.

I don't consider myself kinky at all.

But yet I have vanilla girlfriends who look into my toy chest with an expression of horrified fascination, or get 'ooo kinky bitch' nudges and winks if someone notices I'm wearing stockings and suspenders under a dress, or a nice basque/corset under a shirt on a night out (no point having it sit in a drawer or just to be worn for photos!), or on here will get messages from random strangers telling me I look or sound very kinky based presumably on wearing cuffs in one or two photos and having my fwb tied up in some others... It's all a matter of perspective I guess.

The diversity of views is interesting. Kink is much more than just SM, bondage etc, all of which and the degree are equally valid. It's interesting to watch since 50 shades that a lot of people are using kink on other dating sites. I do think there are a lot of people who talk the talk and don't have any real understanding. As a domme I think the one thing that really turns me off is those who say they are sub and into body worship!

Since joining Fab,I feel just normal.

Much to the surprise of many, I am a sub - with the caveat that being I'm old - submission in my day didn't automatically mean degradation (that's a different fetish) and porn has made most doms think that's what submission is. It was easier when I was 20.
