Have a friend who used to use her dishwasher for toys on the hygiene cycle to wash all the toys, but I'd be terrified of someone visiting spontaneously and trying to be helpful by emptying the dishwasher for you.

I think it's okay to use sex toys on different people as long as they're cleaned thoroughly.

End of the day - if you're having sex with a man it's okay that he had previous partners before you, you don't get all grossed out about their penis touching someone else's privates, so how is a sex toy any different? Apart from the fact that you actually are able to properly sanitize it.
