Do most NI people tend to use this forum, or the UK one? I’ve been flipping between the two, and can’t find many on either

We use this pretty exclusively.. Its odd that NI and ROI cannot be treated together on this platform, I'd imagine that people are much more likely to meet other on the same island rather than across the water.. Sex transcends geopolitical nonsense..

I'm trying to plan some "transcendance" but I had to change my location from ROI to NI premtively to even see any events for that weekend. Which seems to create a bit of a soft border

Thank you all for your replies.

I put a similar post in the other forum, and the results of the (border) poll are in.

Uk - 0 replies

Seems pretty conclusive to me. Guess not many DUP members are swingers

depends a lot of people get upset when you ask for an Northern Ireland room and before everyone shouts. It has been asked .And am DUP and last time I said anything about it I got so much crap it was onreal. If I make a joke about sinn fien I would get a lot of hate back. But others can seem to be able to make fun of the DUP.

the question is about Northern Ireland and if Northern Ireland had its own forum you would find that a lot of people would use it.And not the Ireland or UK Because simple reason is 99% of us don't really want to travel far from home.for a quick meet. It's like the other day I made a joke about the earthquake. And I said am sorry for upsetting every one from the south of Ireland. I got crap because I said south. Problem is we are a different country and when people do ask for our own forum a lot of people from the south give offense about it.

You still don’t get why you got abuse do you . The earthquake was in the north nowhere near the south. And I’d love you to have your own forum

Leaving the political stuff and my own deep objection to partition aside, a forum for 6 counties would be fairly limited. Even with the whole island involved it can get dull enough here. It would die a slow painful death.

Also, if you're living in any of the border counties you're just as close to the free state counties as anywhere else so the thing about travel doesn't add up. You just happen to be in the one county that doesn't touch the border.

As for the earthquake thing, meh, everyone has a different idea of what constitutes humour. You were trolled by the most prominent troll we've ever had here for one. Other than that people were pointing out to you that Donegal is actually north of the north. No biggie.

Creation of a NI forum would be an answer to a question nobody asked. We have an Ireland rugby team so i'm happy for an Ireland forum.

as for the NI football team.. i think the reason there isn't a Team GB is because this part of the world benefits more from having 5 votes at fifa and eufa with the FA, SFA, WFA, IFA and FAI...as far as the team goes...keep your hands off republic of ireland!! They are our

superheroes! Keep Judas Mc Clean tho

Forum ban inbound.....

It would be great if NI had its own forum. That way we would have to see your drama queen posts about not being able find a dress that fits or getting a kik message at 6am

There aren't enough users to warrant 2 seperate forums. I only really use this one..though not that often. Only here would something as petty get ripped to pieces in a political debate. Its pretty sickening at this stage. Everyone has their own values and beliefs but sometimes it really brings out a nasty side. Im a nordy who has been to Vanilla and Athlone mingles..and meet all over. I talk about the north and the south simply to differentiate the area..not to be political..not to be nasty or spiteful. Is there not enough hatred and nonsense in the real world everyday without it starting on here

I only use here and like the rest of the site politics shouldn’t be brought into it. If everyone respected others views, choices and beliefs things would be so much better. The only time you need to know where someone is from is to find out how long it would take to drive
