Yep pretty much only diy if want to knock myself out and get to sleep at the minute. When I was younger much more but out of curiosity. Was in a relationship young and right up to late 30’s so always someone else there. Was extremely horny late 30’s but seems to be dying down a little again

I think as we get older our priorities change. As has been eluded to before, work, freetime, pressure and, in some cases illness would cause a loss of interest and I also would agree that if you have a partner or someone you fancy the pants off you’ll tend to get random thoughts and aroused. The frequency has remained the same since early 20's until now but the mental foreplay has expanded with the more experiences to recall which makes the expierence even more ejnoyable.

I do more now than I did in my 20's, but that's probably as I don't have sex as often as I did back then. Was in a long term relationship that started at 19 all the way through my 20's and she had her own place then we were living together when I was 22 so we had a very active sex life.

Perhaps single people in their 20's played with themselves more? I haven't lost any of my sexual appetite in my 40's but play with myself a heck of a lot more these days lol
