Good job mate. I did a sprint last yeah and was 1st in my heat, so signed up for the trifecta this year, starting with the Sprint in Naas!

What was the course like last year?

Doing both days yes

Don lots of different races around Europe

Spartan beast in Scotland is pretty good

Nuclear in UK would be the cheapest technical obstacle course

No but I do it anyway just like always. Doing age group Saturday and Sunday. Might sneak in for another lap if the weather is good

How did you get on guys?

I was 2nd in my heat!

It was a great course, not as hilly as Scotland, but all the water before the monkey bars made for slippy hands!

Not to bad was very sick managed to get 5th age group Saturday and 2nd Sunday age group
