R*pe as a threat

Jump to newest

there have been a number of newspaper articles over the last few weeks of R*pe being use as a threat & form of intimidation against women.

gang of youths & young men seem to be taking g pleasure in intimating women as they are walking home, the gangs are verbally abusive, throw bottles & stones and seem to think it's funny to threaten R*pe!!! wtf ... do they even understand what they are saying, has porn devalued the crime of R*pe of was it recent high profile R*pe cases.

What has society become.

fyi forum rules will not allow me post the actual word

It's becoming the society people want it to be.

They are just misunderstood little angels.

"I do not think a r*pe culture society is what people are looking for ...& they are far from misunderstood angels"

Then why is it accepted if its not wanted?

This kind of behaviour is a known and accepted part of a liberal country. Just ask Sweden always had higher than average sexual assaults.

It can be hard to understand for more conservative minds. How can individual freedoms come before the communal responsibility? Easy because personal freedom is more important.

Or a more liberal country had higher report rates than conservitive countries where r*pe is still seen as something to be ashamed of and where the victim is somehow at fault.

Just a thought

It's such a joy to see a man thinking with his big head.

I just read this as Rope as a threat lol, which might be a bit more accepted by some.

Society just shouldn't condone anything relating to r*pe.

it's humiliating and disrespectful to women who have experienced it!

I know too many women who've been severely affected by it and it's derailed their lives..

shame on anyone who thinks it's okay to threaten anyone with that shit.

Anyone trying to justify it quite simply is part of the so called society that wants it...but from my experience there isnt a society in the world that should want that.

It happens more in some countries and is more accepted by some authorities...India has a dreadful record on it.The biggest issue is the amount of crimes that go unreported, that is as big an issue as any. Personally I think any man who feels the need to carry out r**e should be hung drawn and quatered...I dont care what society has or has not become, the bottom line is that it should always be unacceptable.

I do think porn has a lot to do with it. It's got more violent towards women over the years and some are growing up watching it and thinking its acceptable to treat women this way. It's almost being normalised. Also you only need to look at the forums and see a woman's inbox to see men with entitled attitudes as well.

Such a disgusting, cowardly act ! Only a real scumbag would find the threat of it amusing , or derive any pleasure from it .
