"Any recommendations after a break up ?. Any1 gotten anything to get rid of the pain or reflecting back at the good times." Focus on yourself: gym, yoga helps to concentrate, go somewhere with friends, maybe change a job. Please do not look back. Move forward and be optimistic. On the end: what doesn't kill you make you stronger! Good luck!

"Any recommendations after a break up ?. Any1 gotten anything to get rid of the pain or reflecting back at the good times." Don't get rid of it... Embrace it and acknowledge that it hurts because it meant something. Learn, grow, evolve. Accept that it hurts now, but will hurt less over time, and that someday you may even look back in fondness. Take some time... remember how to be you and not 'us'... Everything is possible

"Might sound a bit harsh man, but the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else " That's easier said than done though! Especially if he still has strong feelings for her

"Any recommendations after a break up ?. Any1 gotten anything to get rid of the pain or reflecting back at the good times." Depends on what the other person is to you and why the break up. Different people respond differently. Ignoring the pain and loss isn't a good thing, I believe it only prolongs it and it comes back unexpectedly. Accepting it and working with the pain is always better and the healing happens better and you become healthier too. Today is a new day with new opportunities available to you. You've maybe friends whom you've neglected or things you've not been able to do until now. Look for them, engage and live today as if it may be your last but don't do things you'll regret if it's not your last. Don't be afraid to hurt though.

"Watch marley and me with a bucket of popcorn " Actually, watch Swingers (it's not about swinging), it'll illustrate the process you're about to go through, and it's pretty funny too

Very childish Me ?. No I don't think they meant you, just some other fella posting on your forum post But I know you probably don't think it atm, but you do actually get over people you have broke up with, it maybe doesn't feel like that now, but at some point you will think less about that person and gradually the hurt goes away as you move one " very true
