Ah you coulda done better than that!

Mozzarella on tomato and basil, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkled with chilli flakes for starters.

Melanzane alla Parmigiana for main course.

Tiramisu for dessert with Sicilian Kiss to accompany.

All so easy, if you're a fan of Italian vegetarian

Her diary is packed out

Yeah, I know, you meant dairy but I couldn't miss it

Ok, remind me tomorrow and I'll come up with Indian. Saag Paneer, Chana Masala, onion n mushroom Balti, naan breads, kulfi and Kingfisher beers to accompany.

Forget tomorrow, my work is done here.

Unless you want Thai. That will have to wait until tomorrow, as I'm off to bed with a hunger now

Yes of course! I'm not vegan I just can't eat dairy but there is some genuinely incredible dairy alternatives out there that I would happily choose over regular dairy.

2 to 3 minutes depending on thickness, I usually baste it the last 30 seconds in butter garlic and rosemary

Take steak out and allow to rest before serving, allows meat to reabsorbed all the juices

I usually just make a salad with balsamic dressing and have chicken and rice with it. Might mix some normal peas in with rice and a bit of low sodium soy. Tastes nice.

Not throw a load of green stuff on a plate, drizzle it with oil and call it dinner.

No cheating. Has to be a 3 course meal.
