The theory is great, but in practice with so many men and so few actually do anything other than bleating with everyone else it doesn't work as a group, but as an individual it does. Those who have noticed or follow you will more likely message to see if you're ok after a week or twos absence. Doors open.... I've been kinda been doing that for over a year in a different way.
