As the title suggests what's your best hangover cure and what has been the worst one you've either heard of or tried?

Chicken fillet roll, lucozade, and an ice pop.

Don't think I have a worst one. I've had some proper shocking hangovers though.

Chicken fillet roll is always a safe bet.. I only ask because I was told going for a jog the morning after is a good cure and I nearly got sick at the thought of it haha

Bit of an unorthodox one here but I've found that a bowl of steamed vegetables and a walk works for me.

If I eat any carbs at all as a first meal with a hangover my heart races for hours and it feels 10 times worse.

I immediately feel better after the veg and walk.
