Be slightly calorie deficient and if only 30 mins I would recommend interval training mix of cardio and strenght.

Intermittent fasting - it’s easy enough once you get into the habit. Great for lowering blood sugar, blood pressure and weight loss.

Press up x 15

Leg raise x 15

Squat x 15

Lunge x 8 each leg

300 mtrs in 1 minute on rower.

Do this 3 times

That kinda thing

---------------------------

Back to basic exercises:

Push ups 4 sets X 10-15

Squats with (12-14 kg kettlebell) 4 sets X 10-15

Renegade Rows with kettlebell 4 sets x 15 reps

Ab Curls 3 x 20 reps

(cost of kettlebell 15 euro)

...& do every second day

Also eat close to nature 80% of the time

----------------------------

Alternately, book in for a session with

a Personal Trainer for 50 quid & get more or less

the same advice

The best advice & sustainable in the long run. Avoid fad diets or fasts that can mess up ur metabolism & general health

Regular fasting, healthy diet, regular excercices min 30min a day (longer is better), and be positive

PS do not forget about sleep and stop smoking and definitely decrease alcohol consumption

Qualified trainer here, all good advice above, but the most commonly overlooked way to help yourself is portion size with your meals. Reducing the portion of your meals along with some light exercise can have BIG results. Walk to the second nearest bus stop, walk to the second nearest shop. Small but achievable goals work better than one big goal and will give you the confidence and sence of achievement to keep going.

Lay off the white bread and pints , then a 30 min a day walk / slow jog to start.

Male here!

Went on a diet a bit ago just to try and fit back Into a suit I hadn't worn in a bit.

Used my fitness pro for calorie counting for the first few weeks, used huel for breakfast since it suits me having it during lectures at uni too, then dinner as my other meal. Sitting at around 1500~ calories with a cheat meal thrown in lost a stone in 4 weeks. I'd say mix in some exercise and you'd be flying mate.
