I’m limited on time per day for excersice and reckon I can only spare 30 minutes" --------------------------- Back to basic exercises: Push ups 4 sets X 10-15 Squats with (12-14 kg kettlebell) 4 sets X 10-15 Renegade Rows with kettlebell 4 sets x 15 reps Ab Curls 3 x 20 reps (cost of kettlebell 15 euro) ...& do every second day Also eat close to nature 80% of the time ---------------------------- Alternately, book in for a session with a Personal Trainer for 50 quid & get more or less the same advice | |||
