Basically if you have a runny nose and the snot is running down your throat or you're recovering from a chest infection and just coughed up a huge green lump of - better swallow it as some bypassing strangers might find it unsightly

Some people spit in public all the time . Around the resort pool, at dinner, on the beach, at the airport , constantly hacking up their greenies and evacuating their nasal passages with animal sounding growls. They are everywhere nowadays
