Leon isn't about his relationship, its an old trick they use in French cinema. It's used in films like citiy of lost children etc.

When you want a friendship between a grown man and a young girl, you reduce the iq of the man until he becomes child like, he then becomes a brother figure.

The french are not shy about lolita type films, and back then hollywood wasnt shy about it either, so he could have made their love more romantic in the film.

saying that, he is a dirtbag and I have gone off his films. But the biggest dirtbag is someone also in France, Roman Polanski. inebriated and had anal sex with a minor, plead guilty and then fled to France who have been protecting him ever since.

During his exile and hiding for his crime he won an oscar, and many actors like ewan mcgregor, pierce brosnan, eva green worked with him.

Woody Allen had a film cut and dropped last year, the film was to revolve around a movie producer falling in love with a young starlet and having sex with her. The starlet was to be 15 or so in the movie and there was a sex scene. The metoo movement took over and the film had to be dropped. However Jude Law agreed to play the producer who has sex with the minor in this rom-com, and was then cast in a film aimed at children fantastic beasts 2.

Kate winslet worked with both polanski and woody allen. For polanski she worked with him in 2011 on the film carnage, and worked with woody allen in 2017.

In the film carnage, She stars along side John C Reilly. Who disney cast as main actor in the film Wreck it Ralph.

Anyway the point I am getting to is Hollywood does not give a shit about children, Disney regularly casts people who think sex with a minor is okay in lead roles even. I have had to watch adverts on tv with Ewan Mcgreggor tell me he is an ambasador to unicef ambasador for children, while also saying he sees nothing wrong with his pal Roman Polanski fucking a child up the ass.

I mean its just stomach turning place.

My first bf at 14 he was 18 it lasted 12 yrs. I still think to this day I’d more sense than him. Wouldn’t want it for my kids but I could of got caught up with a lot worse.

Although it is concerning that so many women lust after the man who brutalised Khaleesi, and so many men lust to be the ones who brutalised her, its a story aimed at adults, and I don't know of any allegations in the background.

Indiana Jones is a pedophile, In Raiders of the Lost ark, his love interest is someone who he, when an adult, had sex with them when they were a child. She and he openly admit it in the film, she openly admits it ruined her life, and in the end they are given a happy end together.

Indiana Jones was aimed at kids.

In my opinion they can say whatever they want to adults, as long as they are free from allegations in private life. Allegations or not they should not be able to say such stuff to kids, and people who excuse such behaviour in the real world should never ever appear in a childs film, not headline every single disney film. Lastly adults should avoid actors who excuse such behaviour.

Lady gaga worked with R-Kelly on a song to excuse his behaviour, and she was invited up on the oscars stage this year to perform. Adults need to cut these people out of their entertainment lives.
