Used to go to Barcelona every year stay in Sitges and train it to the meeting. Was in Monza the weekend that Schumacher retired the first time loved it there very like our Phoenix park. Wish they could bring it back to ireland again

Yep, he definitely seems to be happier where he is now. Looking forward to the next race now, will be interesting if Ferrari can come back

Went to Silverstone last year. Got the 4 day camping package with pit walk on the Thursday. Great experience always something on over the 4 days like bands, comedians and dj’s.

Hope to go back over again next year.

Forgot to add, for any Netflix lovers, there’s a fantastic series called F1: drive to survive. It gives a great insight into the 2018 season across a number of teams, interviews and behind the scenes footage.

Yes I’ve been watching it over the last week. It’s a good program and it really does give an insight into what happens in the background.

Love the bits when Grosjean keeps crashing and the team boss keeps muttering fucks sake or I cant fucking believe it as he sits on the pit wall

Was practically just after the finish line. Love Ferrari so was pretty emotional.

Haven’t been to one in years , don’t think I could watch the current Crop of cars and drivers all cocooned inside all the safety gear , they can’t even see out

Bring back cars that sounded like racing cars #CosworthDFV

Agree with you about the new cars but it gives the tech heads and engineers something to do .

2021 will see the biggest change in F1 ever. Can’t wait for the bigger wheels, low profile tyres , simpler engines, PlayStation looks

Well if it prevents serious injuries or deaths then why not. I think the cars look pretty good!

I agree. Personally I like the look of the cars but do miss the sound of the older engines. If the halo protects the drivers then I’m all for it. Jules Bianci might possibly still be alive if they were fitted to the cars back in 2014.

The sound is growing on me too actually. Ok it doesn’t have the howl of the v12 or v10 (21k rpm limit, I miss those days!) but it’s still a nice rasp
