A good sex shop will have different sizes. You might have to buy two. I would buy the bigger one first and if its to big at least you can get it of easy and go down a size till you get one that fits. It needs to be tight but comfortable. No point in having a bulging cock and in pain. Images available if you like

Have tried leather, neoprene, métal and latex. Latex was the winner for me. There's some nice ones that look like wavin pipe accessories that go around the base of your cock and also go around the top of the baby rats. Pretty comfortable and effective. Easy to put on and take off.
