Nothing like a good powerful shower but lately been enjoying a soak in the bath with a glass of wine and Netflix. Just need to pick up a wee bath board

Today definitely a long bath with epsom salt and essential oils. Usually shower works for me

In fact the last time I had a bath was in a hotel in Amsterdam where after 4 days I felt so unhealthy and low on energy that I sat in the bath for an hour and ate a bag of apples.

...unless you live in a small flat and your shower is just a showerhead over the bath, in which case it changes from sexy fun to a health & safety liability and a vertical game of twister...

middle of nowhere

I hate baths.. maybe it s my OCD but I always feel I'm sitting in my own dirt.(I'm not that dirty). Shower every morning and I feel ready for the day.
