B12 supplements are amazing! Also smoothies packed with as many energy foods as possible in the mornings

(bananas, berries, seeds, spinach, oatmeal, protein powder etc)

If all else fails, coffee and chocolate

As stated B12 supplements. Try burning bay leaves. They boost energy and get rid of negative energy.

Make your own energy drink

Squeezed lemon, spoonful of honey, pinch of salt add to a glass of water

Keeps me going when running and mountain biking

A wank is great stress relief, after that you sleep like a baba, at least I do.

Sport and Sauna is good too but involves a bit more effort than finger gymnastic.

Adding more to this list: drink more liquids (infused mineral water, smoothies, herbal teas), decrease consumption of junk food and meat (yeah laugh at me)

I was at work 12 hrs and now the 1.5km jogging and 3km brisk walk is behind me. Full of energy here! I can share it with you lol

Hate to be the killjoy here but our phones are a huge culprit. They mess with the mind and have a part to play in our shitty sleep patterns.I'm as guilty as the rest but have given social media and my phone in general prolonged breaks and I swear I'm a different and more energised person when I do.
