Friend had her boobs done and only went up two sizes as she was very small and they looked amazing and definitely not fake. Another poster is right, the pressure on both men and women to look a certain way is unreal just look at any social media platform constant praise for looking a certain way and constant abuse if you anywhere out of the norm. Is having a procedure done really any more fake? I haven't had one done and probably won't, but basically I'm pretty squeamish so that's my main reason for saying I wouldn't. "Just out of interest OP, at what point does a woman become fake? If she wears makeup is she fake? If she waxes/shaves unwanted hair is she fake? If she dyes her hair is she fake? If she wears extensions is she fake? If she has gel nails is she fake? If she wears false eyelashes is she fake? If she wears a padded bra is she fake? If she wears spanx is she fake? If she wears high heels is she fake? If she has piercings/tattoos is she fake? If she plucks her eyebrows is she fake? All of these change a woman's appearance in some subtle or more obvious way.
