Hi all trying to come up with ideas for a social in belfast and was just wondering would you prefer to have it in a public place ie bar pub etc where there would be non fabbers eavesdropping on conversations or in a private hall or apartment where you would know that everyone there was a fabber and you could talk as freely as you wanted all ideas welcome

Personally I'd prefer the latter, but that probably depends on numbers attending. Good luck with it!

Apartments are cool . Private and comfy and you don't have to go anywhere if it all kicks off , lol . Prob best to meet at a bar nearby tho . Best of luck !!

8m thinking of having it as a coffee morning and going to do it for charity thinking one of the cancer charities so thinking a hall of something would be perfect as people can come and go as they please lol

Both locations have there merits, from a female point of view a public area is safer and with a wee drink or two it can be more relaxing.
