Dragged myself out of bed all week and up before the birds come the weekend ??

Any cures for this body clock shite?

Or better still anyone want to drag me back to bed?

I think most people will have the same issue at the weekends or holidays.

No solution for it, only as you suggested some fabber brings you back

My body clock wakes me up, but much like my regular alarm clock I just ignore it and go back to sleep!

Sometimes I get up and have a little breakfast, browse my phone (like right now) - but then it's lie in time!

My body clock is 6am every day, start work a 7am, very annoying on the weekends! Even if I got till 7:30/8am I’d be happy out!

As I work shift work body clock us non existent. Over the two night shifts I'm lucky if I manage 8 hrs sleep.

Body clock kicks in here too at weekends but love the fact I can take my time with my coffee and not have to rush out the door
