In theory this but in reality loads of chat by the time we can find a mutually suitable day for a coffee and then a lifetime to actually meeting. I seriously have to re-assess my process

Receive first message to the Hr dept to work for my Cum-pany. Review it check out candidates profile and references from past employers. Dust off clipboard and business dress arrange interview over coffee to assess potential candidate. Invite back the lucky final candidate for final interview. If successful the candidate will be given a glowing reference to future employers.

4. Wait another while

5. Check sent messages again to see that the message has been read

6. Wait another while

7. Check sent messages again to see that the message has been deleted. No reply.

My process seems to be to try and forget about meeting someone and just put myself out there and chat to people and take it from there. Hopefully, personality comes through after all that as feel there needs to be a connection. Patience seems to be the key from reading other forums on this topic.
