I'm throwing it out there. I'd hazard a guess that a lot of singles have different goals on each site. I would further speculate that the standards between the date and the fab meet would be different. I'd hazard a guess that most single peeps would not date their normal fab meet. I think the majority on here is fun friendly but no strings. Dating is all strings. Two different things, so probably not an either or for most.

For me, I have been on both. Fab because I enjoy the group/kink experience (was previously in a swinging type couple). Dating site because I am looking for the companionship/friendship/intimacy/sex/female company.

I have come off fab if I'm dating someone. I would assume that mist couples on fab found their partner in the vanilla world. So the two arnt that incompatible really.

OP, I think it depends on the people involved really. Some people have met on a swinging site and got into relationships that have worked and remained swinging,

Others use it as a Kane exploration and would mention it to a vanilla partner. I think is anyone joins either sites with expectations then then they can be disappointed.

For me join either site have fun with no expectations and no one can be disappointed but if you “the one” then don’t change anything and the relationship ship will work out.

Now I’m not expert but that’s my opinion for what it’s worth

Most dating sites have become more nsa sex oriented then before. Even tinder is used for hook-ups more now then before. My other half was on there a few years and found a ton of fabbers. POF even though it famously got rid of it's casual encounters is still used for NSA.

I wouldn't class a lot of people on here as swingers in the oldest phase of the term. Most are just here for NSA sex. Fab is just another way for them to get it.

I've ignored that side of me for many years and thought I was doing the "right thing", but heck, every single relationship I was in very quickly lost my interest in sex. Purely because it was vanilla. Once the sex goes - you just dont look at the person you're with in a same light any more. And why commit to something that will only lead you into a prolonged unhappiness and wanting to get it elsewhere behind the person's who's supposed to matter the most back?

Profile is actually still floating around as I deleted the app and forgot to delete the profile itself... now I just can't bear the thought of having to download it again to attempt to remember the password to make it dissapear for good
