I have generally good teeth but did anyone ever use those diff whitening kits? Good or stay away?

We'd be very dubious of kits sold online, regular visits to your dentist and hygienist and they'll professionally recommend what treatment you need, including teeth whitening

that's what I thought. Those stuff online and in pharmacies, you wouldn't know what they contain

I got stuff off my dentist and it was brilliant.

Expensive though it was €90 and I only got 3 uses out of it.

Online stuff strips enamel to get to white layer, same as whitening tooth paste. Very bad in long term.

Be careful of the spotlight one I used that few times and made my teeth extremely sensitive

You dentist will take moulds of your teeth top and bottom and get a perfectly fitting plastic mould made, they will supply you with the gel that you put into the mould and wear it at night as you sleep, does a great job in no time, wouldn't trust any online stuff personally

Iv heard HiSmile is v good. Only 55e there abouts.
