Had thought meat and 2 veg was going to be on the menu but got blown out of the water

Raw zucchini pasta served with mince meat (fake lol) made from nuts, sundried tomatoes, herbs. Yummy!

I eat them Wouldn't love them. If someone told me I had to live on eating chicken done diff ways, I would no problem.

I try snack on fruit. Rice cakes aint bad with small bit of chocolate on them. I think those cereal bars are full of sugar. Mixed nuts are bland but nice with a yogurt.

I curse the local shop at times - they have a deal on large crunch and milky bars at €1 each! Needless to say I ate both today after lunch

Scramble an egg in a pan with some coconut oil, add boiled rice, drop of soy sauce, fresh scallions, fry till it's piping hot.

similar I just add a bit of light soy. Tastes very good. Nice way to make rice a bit tastier also.

Easy way to add a bit of protien without cooking meat too..

Must try adding the soy
