Yes. First layer is made from pecan nuts then honey then whipped coconut then walnuts then a bit of homemade choco again coconut and sprinkle with roasted almonds...

High in calories but all raw food

When I worked really late nights before I used to have a potato waffle baked beans and cheese toasted sandwich when I got home.....

Make sure you use a sandwich maker that seals the edges and thank me later......
