There's one in Galway

You can do a search on several websites which will reveal loads

Air bnb is an eye opener

but beware as the hosts often live next door

The lake hotel in killarey have in room tubs with views I am not sure if any are actually on the balconys sorry

The Armada Hotel in Spanish point clare have bath tubs placed in the full height windows in the main bedroom... Could be worth a look
