Ok ladies think I might treat myself to a night in hotel with a spa, any recommendations athlone/Galway area

South Side.

H*dson Bay is nice, just outside Athlone on the lake. The Sheraton in Athlone Town has a good pool, sauna, jacuzzi and lovely rooms.

You will love their spa treatment area..

Pool , sauna, steamroom are 5*

Steph try wineport lodge beautiful place quiet lovely spa there outdoor jacuzzi nice bar an only a taxi ride into athlone

You will love their spa treatment area..

Kilronan Castle is by far the nicest I've been in that region.

Hudson bay is nice but Kilronan is pure luxury.

We stayed there got great deal on Groupon which included b&b evening meal 2 glasses of wine and 20e spa voucher..u should look it up.

Been to kilronan it's lovely but spa looks better in hodson plus they have retreat rooms which is adult only so no young kids in this part of hotel lol

I've been in the Hudson Bay too, it's lovely and the adult wing is great, so is the spa but it's way smaller than the kilronan one.

Anyway it's always good to try out a new place! Have a fabulous time and enjoy!

I've been in the Hudson Bay too, it's lovely and the adult wing is great, so is the spa but it's way smaller than the kilronan one.
