photos vs discretion

I've searched forums on this and don't think it is covered so apologies if it has already.

Most fabbers expect discretion, but pics will capture faces so they must be masked or cropped before publishing, also the original will still be in the photographer's phone or iCloud/dropbox/1drive etc.

Has anyone had their privacy compromised by these raw photos "leaking" (accidentally or not)?

I only ever take my own photos then im the one who controls them. Any compromising ones a delete from ny phone and my Google photos

I only take my own pics and have any compromising ones kept in a secure folder which is pin locked

Ok makes sense in private meets, but how about at parties and group meets? Is there any accepted guidelines here - like 1 person nominated as photographer?
