Sums up everything that is wrong with modern footballers. He’s a disgrace to the game basically downed tools for a few years until he got his manager sacked now suddenly starts to play.

I have worked in companies where bad managers have reduced the productivness of their teams massively.

New team leader cimes in listens to the staff treats them like valued employees and they are like new people.

Its normal enough in any line of work

Yes but in a profession where your value/wages are defined by your preformance it’s all relative. Again it’s over your head maybe try get someone to explain it to you

I am not a fan of pogba or Man United but I have to say in my opinion that he is ment to be a professional footballer and despite whether he likes the manager or gets on with the manager he should be giving his all for his employers and the fans . He is constantly sulking and there is no doubt Alex ferguson would of sold him off behaving like that .

He is playing better because he is now being played in the positions he prefers and is actually allowed to venture forward to attack or create opportunities, even into the six yard box.

I have to say, of all the teams in England to get away with pulling a strop and not playing till you get what you want, I would have thought United would have been the last one to let a player away with it.

And their fans cheer it on.

Its like they forgot their impressive history is built on rewarding the hard grafters and not the ronaldos.

He's no worse than liverpool's Van Dick, didn't he refuse to play for Southampton last year until he forced his move to Liverpool

The thing is he didn't stop working. He turned up for training and he turned up for matches after that it's all subjective. Did he deliberately underperform or was the role asked of him not maximising his potential. When you start getting into the whole personality clash you'd have trouble at an unfair dismissal tribunal if you sacked him

So he didn't play to his potential and neither did alot of his teammates

That's the managers fault, the environment just wasn't rite

Anyway the problems aren't solved just kicked down the road

Its actually measurable. If the improvement was lets say 5% you might have a point. I might even let 10% slide. But a new manager coming in and doing nothing and improvement shooting up, what 30-50% straight away? and what might end up being 60%?

If you think that it was the managers fault, then Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the top manager on the planet. Because only a straight up genius could come in improve a team that much.
