"Since my surgery, I've had to resort to eating as a voyeuristic sport... but I still love to cook so my question to you.. What's for dinner? Today I am making a rotisserie-style roast chicken with crispy seasoned skin (cracked black pepper and sea salt), rich gravy, roast parsnip & carrot mash, potato mash and caramelised sprouts. And yes, I do love to cook and I make the best damned roast chicken and gravy this side of the Pyrenees... " Now I’m hungry!! | |||
