Since my surgery, I've had to resort to eating as a voyeuristic sport... but I still love to cook so my question to you..

What's for dinner?

Today I am making a rotisserie-style roast chicken with crispy seasoned skin (cracked black pepper and sea salt), rich gravy, roast parsnip & carrot mash, potato mash and caramelised sprouts.

And yes, I do love to cook and I make the best damned roast chicken and gravy this side of the Pyrenees...

Had proper homemade stew the last two days, always better on day two also

Doing a ribeye steak tonight with rosemary butter and garlic, garlic potatoes and broccoli/green beans

Home made meat balls, linguine, garlic bread and a glass of red .. Do love a slow cook lamb stew though... Thanks tomorrow
