Not a smart ass comment OP but you might need to have a date set , as people do have work and life stuff etc to work around.

Very true was trying to set the 4-6 December but couple suggested getting few people sorted and agreeing a date that suits all

We have done the odd party and we just know when organising people will need a date especially now we are in silly season as well, best of luck with your night
