I think it’s a gimmick to get some business in it’s a 4 bedroom house ! Hardly huge for a bed n breakfast I think the owner quite rightly realized they’d have to offer something rather unique in order to even make it work . No doubt if asked you’d be met with poison if you enquired as to whether swingers were welcome .i think it will be a short lived enterprise but cudos to them for stirring up a bit of advertising free gratis from the usual red top tags .
