Im looking to do Belfast instead of Limerick next year. Signed up for Tralee and Dublin and my first 50 miler milage will be sky high in 2019

I've done sub 3:40 in Dublin but I'll be happy with around 4, looking to enjoy it and not be stressed about a time

It is my first... so I'm maybe a bit over enthusiastic to have a time... but if I'm consistent with the training I should be ok.

Did a few long distances races this year, body maintenance and cross training are key to avoiding injury. Best of luck!
