Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. They are all easy to digest and don't cause much stomach upset. I don't like bananas but they really do help.

you probably won't like this reply, but it works.

Drink a pint and a half of water with 2 teaspoons of pink Himalayan salt. It will empty your stomach in an hour.

Tastes horrible and you will probably need a shower afterwards but if its all out of your system you'll feel better.

Warm salted water (a bit of himalayan pink salt) with the turmeric and ginger powder. Hopefully you get well soon!
