Being smokers, when we see this on a profile we rule out meeting/playing.. and yet at least half of the mail we get is from couples who claim to not meet smokers.

My question is where do yoi stand on meeting smokers and how firmlt do you stick to this decision?

Having previously been smokers ourselves it doesn't really bother us if the other people/person smokes

I’m exactly the same as this. Once I’m not kissing them straight after puffing a cigarette it’s fine.

Absolutely no problem meeting smokers.

I'd want everyone to feel relaxed and enjoy a drink or cig if they choose.

I’m a reformed smoker I guess if they respect the fact I don’t and know the smell of smoke from them is going to be a turn off and refrain till after it wouldn’t be an issue. This is fab though not everybody cares ..... oh I dunno it’s all about respecting others and being comfortable.

neither if us ever smoked but dont mind meeting smokers , there are lovely flavoured sweets and gum out there , im sure the people who smoke surely would be a packet of sweets / gum with them

I wouldn't. I've met 1 who stopped 2 yrs ago and uses an e-cig. Would go there again either. I've never smoked nor worked with smokers so it's not for me.

I have never smoked, but it wouldn't bother me unless they smoked in the room with me.

It's just a fling, I wont have to sit at the side of the bed listening to them gasp for air when they die, so don't mind.

Its good to see the majority of comments are positive; Are there many who say they wont meet smokers but actually do, or who can be swayed though i wonder?

Am firm if i get lies and I smell or taste it which I usually do its a turn off. I just walk away from the meet. Sorry I just really hate the smell and taste. If smokers are in and environment such as a party and smell good and fresh breath am good.

Ive no issue but before fun maybe a mint or gum just as a courtesy

I've met people who say they won't meet smokers on their profile. I often pointed it out just in case they hadn't noticed that I'm a smoker, and they said it didn't matter. I'm far from a heavy smoker... Maybe 3-5 cigs a day... A couple more if I'm out for a night... But I'm aware how unpleasant some find the smell of cigarettes.

I am a non smoker i am anti smoking i nursed my dad in his last year of life and saw first hand what affect they had on his body and nearly his last breath he said was never smoke i would meet a smoker as i know how hard it can be to give them up but only for a meet i could not be be with a long term fb or partner if they smoked

Never smoked and never realised how bad my clothes smelt till I got rid of my ex husband and moved into a new house. It doesn't bother me if the person smokes or not. I actually like the smell of some cigarettes. What I can't stand is the stale smell you get from pour hygiene with some smokers

Never smoked and had up won't meet smokers for a long time. Got chatting to someone and connected and decided to meet. It was a struggle which I kept under wraps. Lovely lady but it was a turn off hard to overcome which ruined what could have been not just one meet. So I don't. She did use a mouth wash and spray, but a non smoker from a no smoking work environment will smell it. For some it's ok but maybe as a Sapiophile my mind is particularly key to any meet no matter what they look like too. It's a shame as I have met quite a few lovely ladies at socials with whom there was clearly interest, but I'd probably have disappointed.

Iv no problems wif wans that puf the odd fag after all iv been there myself

My passion was gold bond the small ones think there off the market now days

It's easy if you smoke hygiene is essential 3/4 times daily

Tbh there's a lot worse than smokers

I find slowing down and using a lube helps
