This is how it works in my world,u ask 2 meet just 2 brk the ice.once u get a reply u can then go on live cam 2 see each other n then take it frm there....

We wouldnt meet blindly, we would have to at least see the people on cam, to at least make sure they are who they say they are, never mind what they look like, I'd say its a must for safety aswell as attraction, there's a lot of headcases out there.
