Looking for someone to design a cover up tattoo. Anyone recommend someone. Not happy with what I've being given so far.

Plenty of really good artists in Galway bud. Not too far away from you. It depends on what you are covering up, you may need a laser session if it's too big.

I've being to a few in Galway. Not quite what I was after. I explained in detail but didn't get what wanted. Said I'd ask here. I'm looking for someone artistic to try design one

maybe try design something yourself ... if you can bring a concept to the artist they have something to work from & try improve ... check out tattoo fixers on youtube to get some cover up ideas

What are you looking for? I usually try and think of a theme and them research images to try get an idea in my head and then see how it could translate into a tattoo. Like I like mythology and Celtic mythology.

Think of what style tattoo you want first. The research the artist also, hundreds of fantastic artists in Ireland scattered around. Decide what you want first as in style then narrow down the artists who's work you like the look of.

It's not as simple as going to a lad and saying design me this or that,

Do you want colour? Do you want geometric, abstract, classic, Japanese etc it's worth doing your homework first especially with it been a cover up

Thanks for all the feed back guys and girls. It's not my first tat will actually be my 6th. It might just be me being picky but I've just found it hard to find the perfect one for me. I've researhed a lot of tattos and have what I like and want. I'll keep the search going.
