Its easy to blag confidence, i would consider mine fairly high because i feel competent in the things i do, work, achievements etc, self esteem is a different cookie, and wouldnt be as strong as my confidence

I'd say a solid 6 and going in the right direction thanks to fab. A month ago it would have been around a 3 though. Fab has helped my outside world confidence too.

I think self confidence can vary alot in different situations etc and how comfortable you are in your surroundings and on who's with you at the time.

I can be anything from a 4 to a 9 at different times.

On fab...well it depends, one minute can be like a 9 and the next thing one comment can plummet you to a bloody 2!

No, not always, people can have a list of achievements as long as their arm, and still feel empty inside, some try to fill this space with other not so healthy persuits..i once heard it explained as confidence is what you do, and esteem is who you are.."
I guess when it's put like that..but I'm happy enough in both...life's to short not to and some one will always have an opinion about ye good or bad so feck em just plough on.

as a single guy on here getting a meet, even just coffee, can boost your confidence to a 10 ... but i have a line manager & in a few words or email can diminish your confidence to a zeto ... just as well others have confidence in my work & i know i am respected by peers ... but it is so easy to knock a persons confidence

That's terrible man. Make sure you look after yourself. Everyone has their little insecurities for some people not so little. Believe in yourself and focus on the things that make you feel good about yourself. It's a tough old world out there, be good to yourself

Really? I hope this changes for you. What about something your good at it can be anything, like for a sense of achievement no matter how small. Like even taking up painting or drawing. You'd be surprised how something that small can make you feel better.

Life knocks people, doesn't mean they stay there lol. I got up this morning after a sleep less night. Course I didn't feel confident. I got showered, slapped on the face and I was good to go.

Isn't that just life.
