There's only one club at the minute Vanilla so I'd imagine there is a market for another one definitely..good luck with your venture

Swinging community is small in ireland and not able to sustain clubs like u see in the uk which are open every night open one night a week it's hard to pay the bills and make a profit had a bar for 15 years it was hard work but set me up for life so go for it if its what u want

Nothing ventured nothing gained. A club with "special nights". Whats not to like. Good luck OP.

A normal night club is usually fairly central to a town or city. A swingers club is always out of the general publics view. So you have a conundrum, either the ordinary night club will be too far out of the way for the average punter to go to after a pub as most clubs are within walking distance to a pub and on the other hand you've a swingers club too close to the ordinary Joe soap who'll think its a brothel and an easy ride.

You have to find the balance and it's not easy to do with the two options you have.

Best of luck either way.

..

If you don't stick your neck out you'll never get it broken

Was there not a while back there that bars & clubs were closing at a rate of seven per month here in Ireland..

This is only me , if I were looking a place I'd be looking rent free and just pay your up and running costs surely it's in your faver

There's loads of places lying empty during the week .

South Side.

I ran a swingers club in Dublin some years ago with a business partner. It was a great experience, but the risks were high. After 12 months, we voluntarily closed, and counted the very small profit. And as the owner/ manager you won't be playing with the customers, you'll be too busy doing more mundane things. I'm afraid it's not a good business idea for Ireland.
