Just got email from Ticketmaster. Price of tickets includes a copy of Hardwired to Self Destruct. You can choose physical discs or digital download. I'm getting 2 copies of the album for my 2 tickets. Nice marketing there Metallica

Was thinking the same myself. It's a bit shit alright, it used to be turn up early to get a pass to the pit and have a bit of crack in the queue.

Buying your way in is shit. Seen this elsewhere and it always put me off going to gigs. It not so much the money as the extra would hardly brake the bank. (Unless your a kid that's looking for a ticket) it's just the idea of paying more for something that used to be a reward waiting in line for hours.
