I need some advice from you lovely people, I'm working for a woman at the moment and she is very flirty and touchy kinda person, she has hinted before to me that "she would" now I don't know what to do to be honest, she hasn't made a move on me or anything like that but there is definitely chemistry there, what should I do, advice please?

We were under the impression when you said "I do casual work for her, at the moment I am doing some painting" that it was not a one off or your first time doing work for her.

Exactly this. Tread cautiously and when you get paid be very polite and ask if she would like to meet for a coffee or a drink sometime. If she’s interested she’ll agree. If not, you’ve done nothing wrong and you have been paid. Be respectful and at least you’ll have a clear conscience.

One thing you can do is flirt back if she backs off. If so do you and leave it there. If she ok with and keeps at then you have a decision to make. Until then its nothing but being nice. Sometimes my ex flirts with me but id never make that move unless she did first. It may be just teasing so id use the same approach to that woman if I was you.
