Da state pay da landlord ? And they have to top up the to land lord from there dole .which the state pays ???.so they pay nothing !!!

For the record OP

Portlaoise has:

Great people

Running water

General Hospital

Cultural diversity

Great public transport

Great road networks

Plenty of schools/colleges

Fantastic sports & recreation

The not so fortunate folk who depend on the welfare of the state

are unfortunately not exclusive to Portlaoise.

I pay tax like EVERYONE in the state and I'm more than happy my society contributes to the welfare of those caught horribly in the poverty trap!
