Is fab a stopgap?

After my marriage broke up 2 and a half years ago I've have been dating on 'normal' apps and on Fab for about 18 months. I probably still think I'll meet someone for a regular monogamous relationship at some point but don't see Fab as compatible with that? So who hear is a fabber until Mr/Ms right comes along and who is here cos this is all the relationship you need?

In a relationship I wouldn't be up for sharing ( a bit ironic I know) and I just wrote this in the assumption that someone I met on here wouldn't be mine exclusively. I've met a few women off fab that I'd happily have a relationship with, but that's not what they wanted.

Swinging was a contributing factor why i split from my long term partner so if mrs right came along in vanilla life i would not mind giving swinging up lf i meet on fab i would like time out to get to know each other after that we could decide whats next for us

Ive a fair bit of experience with swinging, that wouldnt be reflected in my profile, im quite clear in my mind what im looking for, and thats a partner who will continue in this lifestyle alongside me, so im defenitely in this for the long game, and something i left out of my bio on the other thread, im a very patient man

I've seen that quite often with men, we need to be looked after while women are quite happy to look after themselves and are more head strong on what they want.

Ever since my marriage broke up and I live alone I've never been so happy within my self and love my own company.

I do meet other woman and they don't expect anything from me and like wise with me.. good company and good sex is the way forward without the bull of money, bills, tidying the house, kids and all the crap life brings to us all.. it's nice to park that and be who you want to be!! Who needs a relationship??

I guess it has been a stop gap. But there's nothing wrong with that. Everyone wins when it's done right. Unless the future Mrs wanted to dabble I'd imagine it would be the end of any fabbing.

I'm separated 4 years, I'm trusting fellow fabbers won't judge.After a sexless marriage and having joined the usual dating sites I felt I didn't fit in with them.Ive had to change my profile here for reasons I don't want to get into but I've been on fab for 2 years. Met and chatted to some great guys .For me, a fwb scenario, that would be my quest.Dont believe in True Love anymore nor would I trust it..xx

... separated over 4 yrs..only discovered fab late last year...sorry l didn't know about it sooner ..to answer your question...don't really know if l could give the keys of my life to another lady after my marriage experience ...and certainly wouldn't want any lady to " pigeon hole " herself in a relationship nor would want to myself ...there are things Sexually l would love to experience and one has to be able should the opportunity arrive to do so and if one was in a relationship ,that door might never open unless of course the lady was into it as well but that just brings us back to the start of the topic here again ...so l suppose atm lm just going where the river of fab takes me ...
