As in watching someone secretly? Ie out walking through an estate and you see a woman nude with the curtains open. Bad example but you get the picture

I think it came across disturbing but I don’t think he actually is that much of a perv to be going round estates looking in peoples windows

sorry, i was just pulling the curtains im sure not, but none the less, that could be a potential minefield if you dont have peoples consent..
