Yip.. water. Drink at least one pint before the bed. Works every time for anyone I told. Its the damm dehydration that causes the hurtin the next day.

You just don’t go out with the right drinkers

Generally anything over 6 pints will give me a hangover so i try to stick to 4-6 pints.

Guinness is more hangover friendly than cider, not sure why.

I think guinness is more hangover friendly because you tend to piss less than what you would with normal beer..more water in your system less severe hangover and if im not mistaken guinness is loaded with b vitamins..again helps with the hangover

Smithwicks for me, 8 or 9 pints with very little hangover. Staying out really late affects me more. Mr

Dunboyne & Dublin

Rarely get hangovers as I stick to Guinness or wheat beer or pale ales. Bacardi & d also no hangover but kinda furry mouth (not the good kind). More tired the next day after Guinness recently though.

.

I dont drink often enough to not get hang overs . I think if your drinking regular ud get less hangover. As stated above drinking water to rehydrate just bedfore bed is a great idea .

Mixing sugary mixers to spirits is what makes the hangovers/sickness . Straight spirits would be as bad or so they say .
