Maybe they haven’t had time to post a veri as yet. Patience is a virtue etc etc

I wouldn't read too much into it myself. I'd still be curious as to whether or not the other person enjoyed it but surely you'd know if they didn't?

Don't read to much into it.

Some just don't like doing it. Others forget for a while and then do it.

Do they display verification on their profile? Some people genuinely only return them so did u write one for them ?

Ask the person concerned would be my suggestion. The rest of us can only speculate as to his reasons.

this made me laugh out loud

Dont read too much into it sometimes people are busy or even plain lazy to write something!

In my personal experience even if it was not so good i would have write something brief but if i didnt write somethings was probably cause I was just plain lazy or short or inspiration

Personally If its after a social meet and they have never left you a veri before, its rude and ignorant. It asks you in the list of verifications do you want to verify them in return afterall.

If its after an actual meet but they already have verified you previously i can see how that can get lost.

Oh I’m with the ones who leave feedback on a meeting but if you’re meeting up loads of times , then one or two would be fine ( with the same person) It’s good to leave your verification so it helps both you for others to see what you’re like

I actually didn’t think verifications were so wanted if someone has loadsa them already

I think they are nice to get but I don’t stress if I don’t get one and I don’t leave one for everyone and I don’t always want everyone knowing what I’m doing but

I shall be more attentive to them in the future

If a person verifies their meet and their meet doesnt bother verify them, I agree that it shows rudeness and lack of manners.

Worse still is if they say they 'forgot about it' well.....I'm sorry but that only adds to the insult.

And some even have the b*lls to show the verif they got however briefly.

Yip it happened to me.

I dont really get the whole veri thing. Imo it's akin to keeping a public record of your fab life, something id rather keep private. i dont really want a record of who i met and when i met them and what we did! I know you can hide it but then ive come across people who are suspicious of that so its a bit of a predicament. How about after a meet just send the person a msg saying you had a great night or whatever. I understand the need for the first few just to make sure people are genuine but after that what's the point of it all? (Btw no problem with anyone who has left us a veri and is reading this, its just something ive thought about lately!!!)

Have to agree, 99% of what is written in them is bullshit anyway. Are people really that desperate for validation?

I usually drop a verification for the first, it's rare that I really verify for second and third meets, but I do think if it's a first off meet if you left a verification and it wasn't a write off then it's rude not to return

Now, I'm not too bothered about receiving veris from meets as I have 1 or 2 already.

But what gets me, is when the other person hounds/begs/pressures you into writing a veri for them. As soon as you do, it gets published immediately and then when you ask for one in return you get blanked.

Isn't that a bit rude? Is there a way of reclaiming veris from those kinds of people?

I have no idea if you can reclaim a veri but in this no strings world best to just move on. It would be a bit spiteful to reclaim a veri just because they didnt return one. If someone hounds/begs/pressures you for a veri and then does not return one, when you asked them to, it's really more of a reflection on them than you. Be the better person!

We have 23 veris out of those 23, 2 couples veri us twice . We’ve only played with 5 of those veris and some of the couples of the 5 we have met numerous times but we don’t put veris up for each other again and again. Can’t see the point . And if I’m totally honest I don’t like people knowing everything we do.. I would say just move on , he got his pleasure now he’s onto his next one ..xxx

I really wouldn't worry about it you have verifications alread.

some people don't give others a verification after a meet, some don't for the weirdest of reasons, and some because they are to lazy to string a few words together lol but don't let it get to you it looks like your both doing fine on here best of luck to you both.

Anyone have this happen to them?..

I was with a couple recently and met in a hotel. We tried to verify each other the next day but it just kept saying verification saved.

I think it might be because we had logged into the same WiFi at the hotel.

Anyone else ever experienced this?

My view was and still is... I don’t meet for the verification, I do write verifications to my playmates but I know that not everyone like to write themselves so I am not bothered... does not mean the meeting wasn’t good as I do have follow-up meetings with some of those people who do not write anything.

So don’t take it personally - just enjoy the journey. xx
