Has anyone got to the point when they just have had enough of fab if ya leave ya know u'll be back, if ya stay u'll never know what it's like to leave, does that sound stupid or is it just me

Have left and have returned.

It really doesnt take much to reconnect with people so its worth trying a fab free life for awhile

Think about it all the time i date a good bit away from fab and find being on here stops me from committing to a long term relationship yet i think i would miss the excitement u feel getting ready for a fab meet

I hear what your saying but some times trusting your gut and taking the leap to leave here behind could be the best thing you've done.. you might always wonder if you don't. And fab ain't going anywhere so you can come back. Ultimately only you know if and when the time is right for you. Good luck in whatever you decide..

Sounds like you've burnt out.

Leave. You'll be surprised how 'free' it'll make you feel and realise all the normal realife things and family you've been neglecting while being on Fabs.

It gave me a new lease of life. Now I just perve mostly and occasionally have a wonderful massage with a Happy ending

I left a couple of years back though not necessarily because I was fed up with it. I'm enjoying my Fab experience since I returned. My advice would be to consider how much you are or ate not enjoying Fab, perhaps a small list of pros vs cons of staying or leaving. You always have the option to just hide profile and have a break from here. Do what is right for you OP, we'll all still be here when you come back, should you decide to take a break

Nope doesn’t sound stupid at all!! I’ve never actually left the site but, I have gone months and months without logging in and I’ve always found it somewhat refreshing when I log in again or appear at some event or other!!

There’s no harm in hiding your profile or not logging in for a while and see how ya get on. Fab will still be here for ya if and when you decide to log back in

Everyday! its a love hate relationship with fab. My advice dont delete your profile... think of your followers and verifications. I made the mistake of deleting old profile in the heat of the moment... big regrets!

I left for 6 years and just hid my profile on here that way i was able to come back when I wanted. I saw a big change in the people on here and most of my old friends had left. It has been very hard as a single male to get back in to the way of things but time and patience are a virtue lol

Can't see why you wouldn't delete your profile, it's not as though you have to pay a fee to rejoin, and chances are you have other means of staying in touch with people you may be close to (if you're that "close" you'd surely have trusted them with other contact details anyway?)

Our profile is hidden since yesterday to stop people messaging, some don't seem to bother to read the bit where we say we're too busy to meet at the minute.

If we get to the point where there's nothing we enjoy about Fab (currently only the forums) then we'll be gone.

Dont think you need fab really. You'll have made a lot of friends and many whom you can meet with without being on fab. Can still have the meets without all the rest of the crap that goes with fab. Stay happy.

I've come and gone a few times and the reason for leaving is always the same-too much of my time gets invested in this and other things suffer. Today I shall bow out again but I may return at some point down the road.
