I can’t comment on its accuracy but I can say there were plenty of calories burned I suppose if you are breaking a sweat and using lots of energy then sex is as good an exercise as anything else. All about getting that heart rate up

I don’t have one but my wife told me hers said. She done 700 steps and climbed 2 flights of stairs during a Sunday nite quickie
